WhatsApp and CRM: the bot qualifies, you export and upload to your CRM.
Customer writes on WhatsApp, the rep asks the name, closes the tab and forgets to record the lead. Every lost sale no one understands generally happened like that. MercaBot solves the first half: the bot answers, qualifies and saves every contact in the panel (Contacts tab) with name, phone, status and the full conversation history. Then you export as CSV/JSON and upload into the CRM you already use — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Bitrix24 or another.
Straight talk: there is no native integration that writes directly into your CRM today. Automatic webhook push is on the roadmap, no date. For now the path is export and import.
What MercaBot does today
- The bot answers and qualifies the lead on WhatsApp (interest, budget, urgency).
- Every contact is saved in the Contacts tab, source = WhatsApp.
- Full conversation history attached to the contact.
- You export the base as CSV or JSON whenever you want.
- Import into your CRM (every popular one accepts CSV).
- The bot flags when a human is needed — you take over and close.
Works with any CRM that imports CSV
Because the export is standard CSV/JSON, you can upload the contacts into practically any CRM. The ones customers ask for most:
Example of what the export looks like (JSON)
{
"phone": "+1415555xxxx",
"name": "Maria Silva",
"status": "qualified",
"first_contact": "2026-05-15T14:22:11Z",
"last_message": "2026-05-16T09:10:00Z"
}
The JSON (Plan tab) brings the contacts like this + the full conversation history (90 days). The status is what the bot sets from the conversation — the interest, budget and urgency it captures live in the history itself, not as separate fields. The CSV (Contacts tab) gives one row per contact: phone, name, status, your notes and the last update.
FAQ — WhatsApp and CRM
Not today. The bot qualifies and saves the lead in the panel (Contacts tab) with history. You export as CSV/JSON and upload to your CRM. Native webhook integration is on the roadmap, no date.
From the Contacts tab, exporting as CSV or JSON and importing into your CRM (every popular one accepts CSV). It is a manual step; automatic sync does not exist yet.
Name, phone, status (the bot sets it from the conversation), your notes and the full conversation history. All exportable as CSV/JSON.
No. It organizes contacts in its own panel; you create the CRM card by importing the CSV. Automatic webhook push is on the roadmap.
The Contacts tab and CSV/JSON export are part of the platform from the Starter plan ($49/month). No per-contact charge.
