The 5-question qualification flow (1 conversation)

The bot does initial triage in ~2 minutes. The 5 minimum questions to build a useful quote:

  1. Origin: "Departing from where? (city)"
  2. Destination + dates: "Where to and what month?"
  3. Who's traveling: "How many people? Adults / kids / ages?"
  4. Duration: "How many days?"

How the agent delivers the quote (in <4h)

The agent gets the qualified lead in the panel. Within 4h:

  1. Build 2-3 options (budget / mid / premium) — never just one.
  2. Make a visual PDF (1 page per option): photo, prices, what's included, flights.
  3. Send the 3 PDFs on WhatsApp + a short summary message.
  4. Ask "which one caught your eye?" — force engagement.

Why 3 options: classic psychology. Without alternatives, the customer compares against another agency. With your alternatives, they choose among yours.

Client doesn't reply in 24h? You have to come back. Typical sequence:

Closing + deposit

Client decides. Closing flow:

  1. Agent confirms the chosen option + sends the contract (PDF).
  2. Client signs (DocuSign / HelloSign link via WhatsApp).
  3. Bot/agent sends a payment link for the deposit (typically 30%).
  4. Payment confirmed via webhook → booking is made with the operator.
  5. Agent sends voucher + detailed itinerary.
